Accommodation comprises a family room/ dining room (with futon bed), kitchen, bathroom and utility room on the lower ground floor, living room, single and twin bedrooms and shower room on the middle floor and a master double bedroom with ensuite shower on the top floor. Courtyard garden and roof terrace.

Lower Ground Floor

Entry via the lower ground floor leads into a large bright family room suitable for reading, playing games or relaxing after a busy fun filled day. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, freezer, separate sink, units and work surface.

The Kitchen

A corridor then leads to a designer kitchen with double oven and 5 gas ring hob, dishwasher, fridge and refectory dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped.

First Floor

The First floor can be accessed via steps leading up to the front door or by an internal staircase. On this floor there is a bright and airy living room with bay window and sea views. The room is tastefully furnished in a combination of antique and contemporary styles. There is a flat screen television and DVD and real effect gas fire. Also on this this floor there is a shower room and toilet, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Stairs lead to the first floor with an outside mezzanine terrace off the landing. This terrace has delightful views out to sea and is the ideal spot for sun worshippers.

Top Floor

The top floor has a master bedroom with en-suite and is furnished in a colonial style with wooden bed frame and dressing table. En-suite comprises of shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On this floor there is another single room with fold up bed.

Outside

From the kitchen, double patio doors lead onto a charming private courtyard with table and chairs suitable for al fresco dining. There is a dedicated parking space to the side of the property.

A welcome pack is provided for all our guests and includes fresh flowers, tea, coffee and milk. We aim to provide a most memorable holiday experience and have an exceedingly high level of repeat business.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
