Living Room / Dining Room

Has a dining area and is furnished with a large sofa, table and chairs for four people, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player.
WIFI internet access included in the rental.

The Kitchen

Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and is well equipped with crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

Bedrooms

Our bedrooms are elegantly furnished with comfortable beds and crisp designer linens, a choice of pillows and duck down quilts. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed with free standing furniture and the second bedroom has twin beds with a bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

Bathroom

The luxury bathroom with roll top bath has a selection of quality toiletries and plenty of generously sized soft towels. We also provide dressing gowns for the use of our guests during their stay. There is also a separate shower

Outside

The courtyard can be accessed from the dining room onto a decked area for after dinner drinks or from double doors leading from the kitchen. The cottage is equipped with a BBQ and also picnic equipment for those memorable walks on the South Downs or days relaxing on the beach.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
