A two bedroom, 300 year old flint cottage which was the former stables to the Mill House. The Cottage consists of a living room, kitchen, downstairs shower room, and two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a delightful south facing cottage garden to the front of the property and a pretty enclosed courtyard to the rear. Situated in the Old Town area of Eastbourne with it;s ancient Inns and gardens. Ideal location for exploring Eastbourne and beyond.

Living Room

Is furnished with a large sofa and two easy chairs. There is a TV, DVD/CD player.

The Kitchen

Hob, oven fridge with freezer compartment and is well equipped with crockery, pots pans and utensils. There is a washing machine in the shed in the courtyard garden. The kitchen has a table and four chairs for dining.

Shower Room

The shower room in the cottage is downstairs and consists of a walk in shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Please note there is no upstairs toilet.

Double Bedroom

There is a double bed with wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Egyptian cotton bedding is used throughout the cottage and an ample supply of bath and hand towels. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard garden.

Twin Bedroom

The delightful twin bedroom is to the front of the cottage overlooking the garden and has double built in wardrobes.

Outside

There is a most pretty cottage garden to the front of the property and a secluded courtyard garden to the rear. The courtyard garden has a table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
