Beautifully furnished with a contemporary sea side feel. The Cottage is situated in the heart of Meads village, less than half a mile from the sea, and forms part of a stylish private development. The cottage was converted approximately twelve years ago but has undergone a refurbishment in 2009 to provide luxury accommodation for a memorable holiday. Attention to detail has been key for the Eastbourne Holiday Cottage designers who have created and crafted a contemporary seaside feel to the cottage, incorporating original works of art alongside quality furniture and soft furnishings.

Living Room
Has a dining area and is furnished with a large sofa, table and chairs for four people, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and iPod docking station.
Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has a hob, oven fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and is well equipped with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin. From the ground floor, stairs lead down to a basement, which is used as a storage area and also houses a tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom
A king sized bed and double built-in wardrobes. The beds have designer Egyptian cotton sheets and there is a plentiful supply of soft fluffy towels. There are duck down duvets on the beds with a choice of pillows. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. Quality toiletries are provided.
Second Bedroom
Two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside
To the front of the cottage is a seating area with table, chairs and planted tubs and pots. There is also a dedicated parking space.

A welcome pack is provided for all our guests and includes fresh flowers, tea, coffee and milk. We aim to provide a most memorable holiday experience and have an exceedingly high level of repeat business.
The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Shopping
Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
