Living Room / Dining Room

This spacious living room is bright and airy. It has two sofas, an armchair and a quiet area with relaxing chairs for reading or playing games. There is a TV with DVD player, as well as an iPod docking station. Beautifully furnished, this family room will be the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach or exploring the surrounding countryside.
WIFI internet access included in the rental.

Kitchen/Dining Area

A superb kitchen with beautiful units. Very well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/ freezer. At one end of the kitchen there is a step down to a delightful dining area with a table and chairs for up to six guests. From this area there are double patio doors leading to the courtyard garden. There is also a toilet and handwash basin off this area.

Single Bedroom

This is a great room furnished to reflect the close proximity to the sea. Ideal for children or adults this single room is traditional, cosy and fun.

Family Bathroom

There is a modern family bathroom with bath, over shower, basin and toilet.

Twin Bedroom

This is a glorious room with a riot of colour reflecting once again a contemporary seaside feel. Comfortable twin beds, hanging space, chest of drawers and lovely pictures make this a popular bedroom.

Master Bedroom

Decorated in warm reds and maintaining a seaside ambience this room is luxurious and comfortable. Kingsized bed with both interior sprung and memory foam mattress, dressing table, wardrobe and chair - a perfect place for rest and relaxation. A view of the sea can be seen from this room. There is an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and handwash basin. All bedrooms have quality bed linen, and a good supply of fluffy towels.

Outside

There is a small area to the front of the property with some plants and pots. At the rear of the property there is a lovely decked and paved courtyard garden with table and chairs, a perfect place for outside dining or a drink before dinner.

There is unrestricted parking on the road outside the cottage.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
