Beachy
Head
is a chalk headland on the south coast of England, close to the
town of Eastbourne in the county of East Sussex. The cliff there
is the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising to 162 m (530
ft) above sea level and Beachy Head Lighthouse one of it's landmarks.
Sovereign
Harbour Marina & The Waterfront
provides a relaxing haven for visitors and berth holders in which
to unwind at the end of an exhilarating day at sea. It boasts
a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafés.
Holywell
Italian Gardens & Helen Gardens
are just a short walk from Michalmas Cottage. These unusual and
secluded lawned Gardens sit in a wooded amphitheatre carved out
of the cliff face just yards from Holywell beach.
International
Lawn Tennis Centre
within the peaceful setting of Devonshire Park hosts the women's
pre-Wimbledon Tennis Tounament.

attraction. The pier is the hub of all activity on the seafront
with visitors from all over the country making the pier their
first port of call. Tens of thousands of people visit the pier
during the day in the height of summer – and it’s
no wonder with so much to enjoy. Eastbourne's promenade extends
for over 2 miles from Beachy Head to the Sovereign Harbour.
