Serfaus Cottage, a charming 3/4 bedroom Victorian Self Catering Cottage situated adjacent to Eastbourne’s seafront, one of the finest in Sussex.

Welcome to Serfaus Cottage, a delightful self catering holiday home, ideal for families and enviably situated adjacent to Eastbourne’s popular seafront.

It is ideally located for the beach and local attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance. The comfortable cottage accommodation has an airy and spacious feel and is arranged over three floors.

Entry via the lower ground floor leads into a large bright family room suitable for reading, playing games or relaxing after a busy fun filled day. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, separate sink, units and work surface. There is also a family bathroom. A corridor then leads to a designer kitchen with double oven and 5 gas ring hob, dishwasher, fridge and refectory dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. From the kitchen, double patio doors lead onto a charming private courtyard with table and chairs suitable for al fresco dining.

The First floor can be accessed via steps leading up to the front door or by an internal staircase. On this floor there is a bright and airy living room with bay window and sea views. The room is tastefully furnished in a combination of antique and contemporary style. There is a flat screen television and real effect gas fire. Also on this this floor there is a shower room and toilet, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Stairs lead to the first floor with an outside mezzanine terrace off the landing. This terrace has delightful views out to sea and is the ideal spot for sun worshippers.

The top floor has a master bedroom with en-suite and is furnished in a colonial style with wooden bed frame and dressing table. En-suite comprises of shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On this floor there is another single room with fold up bed.

Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the weekly rental.

The cottage is ideal for up to 6 guests and provides luxury accommodation in keeping with the standards of Eastbourne Holiday Cottages.
