Jude's Cottage is a delightful family home accommodating up to six people. It is set in an enviable position in Eastbourne's Sovereign Harbour. The cottage is in a prestigious gated development and the accommodation is spread over three floors. The cottage is within a few minutes stroll of the restaurants, bars and shops in the Marina. Also within walking distance is a large retail outlet with supermarket, shops and cinema. Easy access to the centre of Eastbourne by car or bus.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, plus an excellent supply of crockery and cooking equipment. There are doors from the kitchen leading onto the patio which gets morning sunshine and is the perfect spot for Al Fresco Dining or a quiet evening drink. Also on this floor is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and access can be gained to the integral garage.

The Kitchen

Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and is well equipped with crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

First Floor

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bright spacious lounge with double windows leading onto a balcony with table and chairs. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has a contemporary feel. There are comfortable sofas and chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and quality soft furnishings. There are views from the lounge towards the marina and out to sea. On this floor there are two single bedrooms each tastefully furnished with ample storage space and comfortable beds.

Top Floor

The top floor of the cottage has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and king sized bed, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Like the rest of the cottage these rooms are beautifully furnished and have luxury bed linens and an ample supply of fluffy towels. All bed rooms have microfibre duvets and pillows.

Outside

In addition to the garage there are two dedicated parking spaces in front of the cottage.

A welcome pack is provided for all our guests and includes fresh flowers, tea, coffee and milk. We aim to provide a most memorable holiday experience and have an exceedingly high level of repeat business.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Shopping

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
