This three bedroom cottage is set in the midst of the ever popular Sovereign Marina. The cottage is modern in design but is built to reflect the nautical flavour of the area. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a downstairs toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a kingsized bedroom with balcony overlooking the harbour, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Outside there is a delightful secluded courtyard garden. it is suitable for five guests.

Living Room

This is furnished with two sofas, dining room table and six chairs. There is a TV with freeveiw channels, a DVD and an iPod docking station. Wifi internet access is available throughout the house. From the living room there are patio doors leading to the courtyard garden.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and utensils. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, wardrobe bedside cabinets and is well furnished with duvets and linens. A major feature of this room is the patio doors leading onto the balcony which offers wonderful views of the marina and the elegant yachts.

Family Shower room

There is a family shower room with walk in shower, toilet, hand wash basin.

Twin Bedroom

This room has two single beds and duvets with bed linens and towels.

Single Bedroom

The delightful single bedroom has a cabin style bed with drawers and cupboards underneath. This is an ideal room for a child. All bedrooms have quality bed linen, and a good supply of fluffy towels.

Outside

There is a dedicated parking space and you enter the property through a gateway leading to the courtyard garden. The courtyard has a brick built Bar-b-que and table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Parking

There is unrestricted parking on the road outside the cottage and a parking space infront of the garage.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
