Well equipped and furnished the accommodation is perfect for up to six people and comprises of a kitchen /dining room, study and toilet on the ground floor, twin bedroom and living room on the first floor, family bathroom, twin bedroom and master bedroom with ensuite on the second floor.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a large kitchen/ dining room which is well equipped. The kitchen has an excellent range of crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven and hob. In the dining area there is a table and six chairs and a television. From here there are french windows to a delightful garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

First Floor

A delightful living room on the first floor with beautiful furniture and luxury furnishings. Windows over look the garden. There is a large screen TV with DVD player. A corner sofa, coffee table and easy chairs provide a restful and peaceful environment.
A lovely twin bedroom to the front of the house with wardrobe and bedside table. This is a bright and airy room with a sea view.

Second Floor

Another twin bedroom with wardrobe, velux windows and comfortable beds makes this an ideal room for adults or children.
There is a family bathroom with bath, hand wash basin and toilet.
The luxury master bedroom has a kingsized bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. From this room there are views of the sea.
All bed rooms have luxury bed linen and towels.

Outside

There is a communal grassed area to the front and a secluded pretty garden to the rear. The property has two dedicated parking spaces.

The Cottage contains our Eastbourne Holiday Cottages “Out and About Box” which provides information about local attractions, walks, Ordnance Survey Maps, bus and railway timetables, with food and pub guides.

Why not order your shopping online so it arrives just after you do? That way you can start your holiday without wasting time in the supermarket. You arrival time at the cottage is from 3pm. All the major supermarkets in Eastbourne provide an internet shopping delivery service so you can choose from Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.
