Located on a contemporary development of five eco-friendly cottages, this stylish property has been specially designed to create a light-filled space with a low carbon footprint, helping protect the beautiful natural surroundings in this popular area of Eastbourne. The edge of the impressive South Downs National Park is just 2 miles away, offering a dramatic coastal view that needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated.

 

The light and airy open-plan living space has plenty of room for the whole group to make the most of their time together, with a welcoming sociable vibe throughout. Gather in the lounge area and watch a film or the latest TV show you are all hooked on, or enjoy a delicious homecooked meal in the sleek kitchen. In keeping with the cottage’s individual feel, two of the three bedrooms have distinctive curved ceilings, so any tall members of your party may need to mind their head! Enjoy the clean, fresh air outside on the private patio, blowing away the cobwebs as soon as you wake, fresh coffee in-hand.

 

Eastbourne’s main pier beach is just 1.5 miles away, but stay a little closer to your home from home and visit the slightly quieter Royal Parade beach (0.5 miles) where you can relax on the shingle. Adrenaline junkies will be thrilled to find excellent kite and windsurfing here, as well as the local sailing club. On the waterfront, the imposing Redoubt Fortress offers a fascinating glimpse into the town’s rich history, as well as a fantastic view across the English Channel. The family-friendly Princes Park is also within walking distance of the property, boasting a boating lake, tennis courts, and several playgrounds to keep the kids entertained.

A great stay, local amenities and shops in walking distance, Tesco Express and CoOp a few mins walk. The seafront about 5/10 mins.

Lovely location in a well presented cottage. Its a short walk from the beach and has some great parks around it so very good for kids. Had a lovely week here.

We were very disappointed when my son and I arrived at Chandlers Mews at 4.30 pm to discover that the house had not been cleaned and the bath full of used towels. I contacted J.J cleaning services who sent a team out within the hour and we were very surprised when the team leader informed us the property had been empty for a week. So why was it notRead more cleaned in that time?. The property had broken light bulbs and none of the appliances had been P.A.T tested. We feel we deserve compensation. Hide

We had a lovely stay Few issues no toilet roll and had to contact owner a few times with regards to heating who was very responsive great location for town and sea and on great bus route .. We would stay again x

Family enjoyed a relaxing time in Eastbourne. Very roomy with lots of natural light from well positioned windows & skylights. Short walk to sea front and town centre.

This property was a late transfer from our original booking and was superb. Did not want to leave. Good off road parking and location.
