This charming terraced cottage is located in the heart of Eastbourne Old Town and is ideally suited for outdoor enthusiasts with close by South Downs National Park.

This pretty two-bedroom cottage with an enclosed garden is located in a charming corner of Eastbourne Old Town. It offers easy access to a range of shops and pubs, and is within 2 miles of the big skies and picturesque landscape of the South Downs National Park. The beach, pier and promenade of Eastbourne are just 1.5 miles away and are easily reached by bus, making this the perfect place to enjoy this attractive, elegant Victorian town and its surrounding area.

This stylish dog-friendly period cottage has a small hallway that takes you to the cosy lounge, ideal for relaxing in after a day enjoying the fresh air of Eastbourne or the South Downs National Park. The lounge leads to the kitchen/diner which is a lovely place to enjoy a meal overlooking the pretty walled garden, and the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor are accessed via a cottage-style staircase. Outside is a lovely enclosed garden with a BBQ, garden table and chairs on a patio as well as sun loungers – a delightful spot to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing. Roadside parking is at the front of the cottage and is subject to availability.

This property is in a delightful part of Eastbourne Old Town, within 200 metres of a range of independent shops and charming pubs. It’s also within 200 metres of bus stops for services to Beachy Head and Brighton, as well as Eastbourne Pier and beach which are 1.5 miles away. Within 1 mile of the property are footpaths and cycle trails taking you through the sweeping chalk coastal landscapes and ancient woodlands of the South Downs National Park. In the other direction is the Victorian grandeur of Eastbourne, including the three-tier promenade, the lively pier, the Towner Art Gallery and the Lifeboat Museum, as well as the shingle beach itself. Lovely property with all the amenities that's required. It is situated in a quiet street, walking distance to some very good pubs and South Downs. Old Town in Eastbourne highly recommended. The cottage couldn't be faulted in any way and the garden was lovely and great to keep the dog safely enclosed. We would definitely book it again. It was a really perfect place to stay.

I really loved my holiday here at Little Olives, it was a relaxing comfortable stay. It is very clean and warm, there are little extras throughout, for convenience, which is very thoughtful and that really makes it a home from home. The provision for baby was great, Lots of places to visit, by bus, train or car, and good access to transport links. Lovely cosy cottage with two good sized bedrooms. It is well equipped, the kitchen is surprisingly spacious with a back door to the large garden. The lounge/front room is welcoming with enough seating for four. The TV has all regular channels plus Netflix and other apps. Easy to operate too. Location was fine for our needs but was a bit too far to Read morewalk into town, there is a bus service at the end of the road though. Recommend the Spice Garden and The Dolphin pub. Hide

Absolutely recommend this property. It was clean and homely. Not only was it fully equipped but little things like cleaning products and even dish clothes. You can tell the owners think if everything. Our dog Bert loved the garden. Loved seeing the foxes in the morning

A lovely well equipped cottage in a quiet street, its a 30 minute walk to the sea front although its uphill all the way back to the cottage. The cottage is very dog friendly with a lovely fenced garden which was ideal for our dog. The only downside is that the only loo is upstairs which is a problem with shoes if you are in the garden area and dontRead more want to carry any muck upstairs, having said that we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again Hide

Fabulous location - great for walking to the parks, the town centre, the seafront and all along the coast. We (and the dog) had a fabulous time - no need to drive at all !
