Lovingly and tastefully styled second-floor apartment sleeping four, situated directly opposite the beach at Bexhill on Sea, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars just minutes away.

This seafront property enjoys a central location in the seaside resort of Bexhill on Sea and lying just across from the property is the town’s sailing club, 2-mile promenade, and wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide. Enjoy strolling around the many independent shops, restaurants, and café’s that are right on your doorstep, or enjoy a day at the De La Warr Pavilion with its many events and exhibitions. For some more fantastic views, travel along the coast to Hastings, with its East Hill funicular, or take a trip to nearby Eastbourne with its Towner Art Gallery, an abundance of theatres offering West End Shows, lifeboat museum, and historic Wish Tower. Stairs from the main entrance leading up to the second-floor apartment of this iconic Victorian building, built in the 1880s and which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes.

Head through to the tastefully finished lounge/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time together. A dining table sits in the bay window, which is the perfect spot to enjoy the magnificent sea views whilst dining with the family, and a comfy lounge area offers two sofas and an armchair arranged in front of the TV and DVD player. Enjoy catching up on your favourite programs via the Roku streaming service or log in to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to catch up on your favourite box sets, or enjoy listening to music on the Roberts radio with a CD player and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is located at the rear of the property and is equipped with an electric combination oven and microwave, two ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Heading outside from the lounge /diner there is a balcony with a table and four chairs on which to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of fizz whilst watching the sunset in the distance over Beach Head. There is local roadside parking in the side street for a maximum of 2 hours between 9 am - 6 pm or free overnight, subject to availability, or alternatively metered parking on the seafront is subject to availability
