Located among the charming and quaint old Victorian shopping streets of Little Chelsea, on the outskirts of Eastbourne town centre, you have a choice of independent shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The town’s bandstand offers a busy programme of concerts, and the newly restored Victorian pier offers a range of venues including a nightclub, tearoom, and fish and chip restaurant, all within 1 mile of the property. The shingle beach is within 2 miles, as is the interesting lifeboat museum, and the 19th-century Wish Tower with its sun lounge and café. Keen walkers will enjoy a host of local footpaths that criss-cross the nearby South Downs, and Beachy Head (3 miles) Drusillas Park (8 miles) and Herstmonceux Castle (15 miles) are all well worth a visit. Brighton and Lewis are only a train ride away for a great day out.

You arrive in this well-presented townhouse and enter through the front door which leads straight through to the ground floor lounge – a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day out on the coast. Here you have two comfortable sofas that surround a smart TV so in the evenings you can catch up on your favourite shows or watch a film with loved ones. The kitchen area leads off from the lounge and the chef of the group will have everything needed here to prepare a hearty meal with use of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Once dinner is ready, serve up at the dinner table which can seat up to eight guests and is situated in the sociable lounge. In the kitchen, there is a breakfast bar that has two bar stools which is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Completing the ground floor is a WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor there is a study area with a desk and chair as well as a second lounge, which is a perfect spot to relax and talk about your holiday adventures with friends and family. This room is complete with a TV and two sofas, one of which is a futon so this room can be used as a bedroom too. Finally, completing the first-floor layout is a double bedroom which has plenty of storage space for your belongings along with a twin room. The second floor has a shower room and WC, whilst the third floor of this stylish property has a king bedroom and a bathroom with a double-ended slipper bath and WC.

To the rear of the property is a gorgeous, enclosed courtyard area which is a lovely area to socialise with a cocktail, and there is a table and chairs for those that wish to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is on-street parking for one car and further parking can be arranged directly with the owner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet although near to independent shops and eateries, as well as public transport links.

Note property name is Camden House - not Little Chelsea Town House. Difficult to take a shower as one shower has no shower tray and thus water goes every where. This is our second stay at The Little Chelsea Townhouse and once again, we had a lovely time. Good location, close to station and plenty of pubs, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook up a nice meal, nice little courtyard. Had a great time and Im sure well be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Chelsea Townhouse in Eastbourne. The house was amazing, and the kids loved having their own rooms. The location was perfect close to shops, the train station, the park, and the beach. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We especially liked the location. Bright streets with many pubs nearby, where we enjoyed our meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. Beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is wonderful, loved the oven with all the different functions! Comfortable beds, lovely duvets. Slept very well here. Beautiful bathroom. The property is in a great location as we do not drive and it was just 5-10 mins walk from the train station. The beautiful property suited us so well being a group of 6. It is very handy being within walking distance of many places we visited. There was a helpful and extensive information folder about the area including amenities, walks, events and other useful references, in the house. It was very quiet and peaceful and a pleasant place to stay.
