Set in 3 acres of lovely gardens, this charming, detached property makes the perfect romantic retreat. Beautifully presented both inside and out, and with its own hot tub, you'll feel right at home here.

A beautiful, detached property located in a charming village with use of a BBQ hut. This delightful property, set within 3 acres, with a gentle unfenced stream bordering the land, makes the perfect base for touring the area. Enjoy lovely walks along country lanes, or to the village inn which is a 5-minute stroll away and offers a range of good food. There is much to see and do in the area, including fishing, shopping at the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village, which is a 10-minute drive, the Cotswolds with its picturesque villages, Warwick Castle, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Silverstone, Henley for its regatta, Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Hotel, Golf Club and Spa are also only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. In the evenings, enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, see the resident alpaca, Wallace, in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. 

This cosy converted barn is super stylish and offers one double bedroom with a four-poster bed (reached by a staircase from the lounge), with en-suite shower room and WC (concealed entrance to the en-suite through the wardrobe). The lounge/kitchen is open-plan with flatscreen 40" TV with DVD and Freeview. The kitchen area has an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, guests are invited to enjoy the generous, shared enclosed gardens, with a hot tub and stream. Use of a BBQ hut is also available. There is even a kennel facility available on site.

 

 

 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We had an amazing stay, very memorable for my babys first holiday at 2 months old and also my husbands 40th birthday. We could not have asked for more. Perfect hosts (we will be back when the baby is older)

The location was great short walk to the local village pub where food was nice and good value. The location of the barn was situated within the grounds of the hosts house. Where the resident alpaca Wallace wanders around and usually pays a daily visit around teatime for his carrot treat, lovely and gentle.good central location for visiting lots of Read moreplaces and around 10 minute drive to closest train station to help getting around. Clearbrook Barn is a beautiful place in an amazing village just right for visiting Oxford. Beautiful cottage to stay in with the most amazingly patient hosts who coped with our very yappy Maltese!! We had a brilliant week at Clearbrook Barn, Amanda and Tom are both so lovely and really couldnt have done anymore for us during out stay. The Barn itself was great, very clean and well kitted out. The grounds are lovely with lots of space, hot tub, bbq hut and of course the two resident alpacas, Wallace and Monty who are just such characters (our Read moredog loved trying to get Wallace to play with him but alas to no avail). 2nd visit and absolutely perfect again, so much so we've booked again for next year already. Amanda and Tom could not be more welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is perfect and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. No-one that visits could ever be disappointed. The hot tub of course is the cherry on top. We recently stayed at the Barn at Clearbrook Farm with our two cockapoos. Amanda and Tom were excellent hosts, who were very helpful and approachable. Wallace the Llama is an absolute sweetheart, who was brilliant around our dogs. Clearbrook Barn is a lovely place to stay within the grounds of the owners cottage. It has everything you need during your stay and Amanda and Tom are on hand should you require anything at all. The hot tub and BBQ hut are great to relax in whilst watching Wallace, the resident Alpaca, who is very friendly, stroll around the grounds.

The Clear Brook Barn is a wonderful blend of rustic charm complemented by very high spec modern facilities, such as Netflix, Prime, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a luxury kitchen. The 4 poster bed is a nice touch. All linen and towels provided even for the private hot tub. Words can't describe what a beautiful & perfect holiday we've just had. The Barn has everything you could possibly want & is super comfortable. The cottage is beautiful it has everything you could wish for, very plush but at the same time comfortable. This was reinforced by the owners who insisted you treated it like home as I was a bit worried about the lovely carpet with two dogs but they told us not to worry. To say we had a lovely break at Clearbrook Barn would be an understatement! We loved every aspect of our stay from the barn itself, the gardens, the hot tub and the BBQ hut. Clear Brook Barn was one of the best holiday cottages weve been to. The Barn is beautifully decorated and appointed, the gardens are sublime and Amanda, the owner, is lovely. The hot tub is the icing on the cake. It was so peaceful and relaxing, like another world, which we hope to return to very soon.

We loved this well-equipped and comfortable barn conversion in the middle of the Buckinghamshire countryside. The hostess was welcoming and so happy to see us after months in lockdown (the welcome bottles of prosecco were a nice touch!). Everything we could have wanted was on hand, including friendly dogs and enigmatic alpaca. Eastbourne is a bustling seaside resort on the south coast of England. It has been a popular British holiday destination since Victorian times. The town’s attractive pier and promenade is still a major draw for visitors in search of a traditional seaside experience – you can enjoy a long, level stroll along the sea front whilst enjoying an ice cream or some fish and chips. The pebble beach is a good place to park a deckchair and take in the sun, or paddle in the sea. Great for family breaks and as a romantic getaway, the town has much to offer all visitors. The South Downs Way starts in town and extends 100 miles eastwards to Winchester – one of the first stops on the National Trail are the imposing chalk cliffs of the iconic Beachy Head, a few miles to the east of town. Eastbourne is a big hit with train enthusiasts as it’s home to the Spa Valley Railway and the Miniature Steam Railway. Historians may like Redoubt Fort and The Observatory Science Museum (in nearby Herstmonceux). For all-weather attractions for children why not investigate Fort Fun or the indoor Motcombe Swimming Pool? Further afield, and within a one-hour drive to the west is Brighton, with its own pier, wonderful array of shops and eateries. To the west is Bexhill-on-Sea with its impressive art gallery, the De La Warr Pavillion, and long seafront. Just beyond is the old fishing town of Hastings with its new award-winning designer pier, ancient castle and fishing shanty town.
