The De La Warr Pavilion with numerous events and exhibitions, local shops, pubs and restaurants are within a short walk and for keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coast to explore or venture to the nearby High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Slightly further afield the local area offers numerous castles, gardens and vineyards to visit.
Stepping inside the property, you are welcomed by the spacious hallway, perfect for leaving your coats and boots, before continuing through to the large, stylish, open-plan lounge/diner.
