For shopping and eating out, look no further than nearby Eastbourne and Hastings.
From the parking area at the front of the property, go up the steps to the entrance hall, with storage space for coats and beach equipment, leads to the vintage style kitchen, which features wooden cabinets, a kitchen table for four and plenty of light on two sides, and a door to the front terrace. Here you will find an double electric oven and gas hob, fridge. microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a coffee maker. The spacious sitting and dining room is located to the rear of the house, benefiting from spectacular views onto the beach. Furnished with an eclectic mix of 1960s pieces, this is an interesting and welcoming room with vintage seaside appeal. Here guests can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a film after eating at the dining table that sits next to the sliding glass window. The first bedroom, with a double bed, overlooks the beach, while the second room has twin beds with full-width patio windows opening out onto the front terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower, both with a WC.
Guests can enjoy meals outside on the decked area, which overlooks the pebbled garden and beach beyond. There are sun loungers for making the most of the summer sun, and a BBQ for the evenings. There is parking for two cars at the front of the property.
