Lovely week in Belle Hill. Lots of room in the house, garden and great to have a garage. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and good base to explore the coast and places of interest in the area. Made use of the bbq which is great in such a wonderful garden.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden, the property was immaculate throughout, very spacious and within walking distance to Bexhill on sea. A great place for a getaway with friends or family and hastings is just down the road.

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. Its a very welcoming property, it has anything you need to make it your home away for a few days. Fab Bexhill base With a ramp all the way up to the front door (which you can't see in the photos) it's suitable for young/old and the road noise is not an issue. The house inside is beautifully decorated and in tip top order, but at the same time felt like a real home from home with everything really well thought out. We had a lovely stay with our two little boys. The house was great and had everything we needed - and was a great base for trips out. Would happily stay there again!

We had a great stay, the house was fabulous! A good spot to use as a base for exploring the coast. Not much to do in Bexhill itself but loads in the wider area.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We ate out in the garden every day and chilled on the lounger and we also used the BBQ twice. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and the furnishing had been picked with taste and were obviously very new. I would highly recommend staying here.

Eastbourne is a bustling seaside resort on the south coast of England. It has been a popular British holiday destination since Victorian times. The town’s attractive pier and promenade is still a major draw for visitors in search of a traditional seaside experience – you can enjoy a long, level stroll along the sea front whilst enjoying an ice cream or some fish and chips. The pebble beach is a good place to park a deckchair and take in the sun, or paddle in the sea. Great for family breaks and as a romantic getaway, the town has much to offer all visitors. The South Downs Way starts in town and extends 100 miles eastwards to Winchester – one of the first stops on the National Trail are the imposing chalk cliffs of the iconic Beachy Head, a few miles to the east of town. Eastbourne is a big hit with train enthusiasts as it’s home to the Spa Valley Railway and the Miniature Steam Railway. Historians may like Redoubt Fort and The Observatory Science Museum (in nearby Herstmonceux). For all-weather attractions for children why not investigate Fort Fun or the indoor Motcombe Swimming Pool? Further afield, and within a one-hour drive to the west is Brighton, with its own pier, wonderful array of shops and eateries. To the west is Bexhill-on-Sea with its impressive art gallery, the De La Warr Pavillion, and long seafront. Just beyond is the old fishing town of Hastings with its new award-winning designer pier, ancient castle and fishing shanty town.
